CTZ Points feature is an exciting opportunity that will give you rewards for your payments. If you are a regular customer of g&g and Captial outlets, you can collect CTZ Points and reuse them for your future payments.
To collect CTZ points, you just need a phone number. Make sure to use the number registered with your ID to avoid any issues. You can earn CTZ Points when you pay with CTZPay or cash at g&g Convenience Stores and Capital outlets. To collect CTZ points, let the cashier know your phone number when you make a purchase. There's no limit for collecting points.
First, download the CTZPay application and complete your registration. In CTZPay application, you can exchange CTZ Points with two coupons, Discount Coupons and Exchange Coupons. 'Discount Coupons' can be used for purchases at any g&g Convenience Stores. 'Exchange Coupon' can be redeemed for CTZPay merchandise gifts, including tote bag, water bottle, keychain, and ball pen. Customers can exchange their coupons for gifts at designated CTZPay service counters in Capital Hypermarket (DawPone) and Capital Supermarket (Sanchaung).

CTZPay App အား Download လုပ်၍ Login Page တွင် Register Now ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ Register with MCB mbanking ကိုနှိပ်၍ mbanking User Name နှင့် Password ကိုထည့်လျှင် Auto ကျလာသောအချက်အလက်များအား မှန်မမှန်စစ်ဆေးပါ။ NRC Photo အရှေ့ အနောက်နှင့် face selfie တို့ကို ထည့်၍ SMS ထဲသို့ကျလာသော OTP ဂဏန်း ၆လုံးအား ရိုက်ထည့်ပါ။ ပြီးနောက် မိမိထားလိုသော Pin နံပါတ်ဂဏန်း ၆လုံးသတ်မှတ်၍ register ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

MMQR ဖြင့် ငွေပေးချေပြီးနောက် ငွေကြေးမှတ်တမ်း (History) သို့မဟုတ် Notifications တွင် ပေးချေမှုအောင်မြင်ခြင်းရှိမရှိအား အတည်ပြုစစ်ဆေးနိုင်ပါသည်။

ပထမဦးစွာ စီတီဇင်ပေးအက်ပလီကေးရှင်းထဲကို ဝင်ပါ။ ပင်မစာမျက်နှာရှိ MCB mBanking ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။ မိမိ၏ MCB mBanking User ID နှင့် Password ကိုထည့်သွင်းပြီး Login ဝင်နိုင်ပါသည်။
MCB mBanking ဖွင့်ထားတဲ့ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်နဲ့ CTZPay ဖုန်းနံပါတ် မဖြစ်မနေတူဖို့လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်မတူပါက မိမိအသုံးပြုလိုသော ဖုန်းနံပါတ်တစ်မျိုးတည်းကိုသာရွေးချယ်၍ CTZPay Call Center (သို့မဟုတ်) နီးစပ်ရာ MCB ဘဏ်ခွဲသို့ ကိုယ်တိုင် သွားရောက်၍ ဖုန်းနံပါတ် ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ပါသည်။
နီးစပ်ရာ MCBဘဏ်ခွဲသို့ သွားရောက်၍ ဖြစ်စေ၊ CTZPay ထဲရှိ MCB mBanking ၏ Log In စာမျက်နှာတွင် Forget Login ID နှင့် Forget Password အားနှိပ်၍ဖြစ်စေ Login ID အသစ် နှင့် Password အသစ် ရယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ Login ID နှင့် ယာယီ Password အသစ်အား MCB ဘဏ်တွင် Register လုပ်ထားသော ဖုန်းနံပါတ် သို့မဟုတ် Email သို့ ပေးပို့ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Customer အနေဖြင့် ယာယီ Password အား မိမိနှစ်သက်သော Password ဖြင့် ၇၂ နာရီ အတွင်း ပြောင်းလဲအသုံးပြုရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
MCB mBanking Login ID နှင့် Password အား ၅ ကြိမ်နှင့်အထက် မှားယွင်းစွာရိုက်ထည့်မိပါက MCB mBanking Account သည် (၅) မိနစ် Lock ကျသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ (၅) မိနစ် စောင့်ဆိုင်း၍ Login ID နှင့် Password အားထပ်မံရိုက်ထည့်နိုင်ပါသည်။ သို့မဟုတ် Forget Login ID နှင့် Forget Password အားနှိပ်၍ Login ID နှင့် Password အသစ် ရယူနိုင်ပါသည်။
MCB ဘဏ်အကောင့် Active ဖြစ်နေပါက စီတီဇင်ပေးထဲရှိ MCB mBanking ကိုနှိပ်ကာ အလွယ်တကူ Register ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ မသုံးတာကြာသွားသော MCB ဘဏ်အကောင့်ဖြစ်ပါက နီးစပ်ရာ MCB ဘဏ်တွင် Activate ပြန်လည်ပြုလုပ်ပြီးမှသာ Register ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါမည်။
